This is a rare external hire into a strategic claims function that handles the toughest, most nuanced files – sitting well outside the pace and pressure of standard case work. You won’t be running a volume-based portfolio. Instead, you’ll be part of a high-trust, high-skill team tackling: Complex and contentious claims (Retail IP/TPD focus) Policy interpretation, non-disclosure, and adverse findings Surveillance and investigation oversight Escalated matters requiring legal or compliance consultation It’s a role for an assessor who wants to go deeper — not faster.
